From Ardmore, Oklahoma on Highway 199 (Sam Noble Blvd.) east past the Southern Oklahoma
Technology Center turn north on Gene Autry Road and go approximately 6 miles.  See the Mt.
Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church sign, turn right and go 1.6 miles and you are there.

From I-35 exit on Exit 40, go east 1.0 mile on Highway 53 towards Gene Autry. At the 4 way stop light continue east 4.0 miles to Happy Trails Road, turn right (south) 3.0 miles to Pleasant Road.  Turn left (east) on Pleasant Road and go 1.7 miles.  Stop at the stop sign in front of Gene Autry Road.  The Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church sign is on your left.  Continue straight (east) on Pleasant Road and go 1.6 miles and you're at the church.
